CRT Construction inc. is managed by Denis Turgeon, Engineer and President of the company. In his capacity as vice president, Gaétan Turgeon is also the General Superintendent of the organization. Since 1994, Denis and Gaétan Turgeon have incorporated the support of various shareholders who helped strengthen the company?s management team.

Mr. Pierre-Paul Porlier and Mr. Maurice Leroux, CA, joined the company in 1994. Mr. Porlier is the project director for the Boucherville branch and Mr. Leroux, acts in his capacity of Comptroller and Financial Director.

In 2010, three new associates joined the company?s management team: Mr. Alain Labonté, Project Director for out-of-province projects, Mr. Claude Côté, in charge of equipment fleet and Mr. Jean-François Turgeon, engineer and project director at our Lévis head office. Mr. Turgeon is the son of Denis Turgeon and paves the way for the third generation of Turgeons in charge of managing the family business.

The management team relies on a solid group overseeing all business areas and encompassing such business realms as project management, engineering, business management and supervision of support staff.

Management personnel

Management personnel comprise project managers, estimators, superintendants, surveyors and technicians who tend to the successful completion of the various projects at hand.

CRT Construction Inc. employs over 20 engineers and technicians, on a permanent basis and relies on as many superintendants and foremen. The management team?s diligence and versatility are two major components and solid assets for the company.

This top-of-the-line, experienced staff is able to carry out even the most complex projects with professional expertise and know-how.

Administrative personnel

CRT Construction Inc. relies on the efficiency, expertise and versatility of its administrative personnel for all major administration components including, labour relations, procurement, invoicing, cost control and monitoring, and logistics, as well as computer science requirements.

With a permanent team of approximately twenty people, including a financial director, labour relations and safety director, equipment fleet director and officer in charge of computer science, CRT Construction Inc. relies on an administrative strength enabling it to play a major part in the Quebec construction industry.

Mechanical maintenance, welding and warehouse personnel

Having at its disposal a mechanical maintenance garage, a welding shop, painting shop and carpentry shop as well as various warehouses, CRT Construction Inc. employs between 10 and 20 people who work in its Lévis facilities.

These employees, many of whom have been working for the company for over 20 years, steadily service jobsites on a daily basis with great efficiency.

Jobsite personnel

CRT Construction Inc. employs up to 400 workers at peak periods. These workers are mostly carpenters, labourers, crane operators, cement workers and welders.

The company is proud to rely on a large proportion of workers who remain in its employ even after they have gained some professional experience with other companies. Loyalty on the part of the workforce is a valuable and important asset for the company.
